GRAHAM, NC — Faulkner’s Elite Gymnastics has once again cemented its reputation as a national powerhouse by winning its second NGA National Championship in three years. The Graham-based gym claimed the title at the 2025 NGA National Championships, held June 2 –7 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Faulkner’s Elite’s NGA Silver Team completed a historic season by sweeping the State, Regional, and National titles, finishing Nationals with a commanding team score of 116.9 out of a possible 120 —defeating 40 other teams.

The team was led by Ava Claire House, who went undefeated this season and earned individual State, Regional, and National championships. House also secured spots on both the NGA Regional and National Teams. Her score of 39.025 at Nationals made her the #1 NGA Silver gymnast in the U.S. and Canada for 2025.

“I am so proud of this Silver team,” said Mich Faulkner, head coach and owner of Faulkner’s Elite. “The dedication and hard work these girls put in paid off. Ava had an incredible year. She was a strong leader, but she also had some major help.”

Additional team standouts included:

    •    Mila Ott, NGA Silver State & Regional Champion and National Team Member

    •    Chrisbella Cruz, State & Regional Champion and Regional Team Member

    •    Khloe Barnes and Eve Holt, both named to the NGA Regional Team

    •    Ryleigh Goodwin, Skylar Will, Cabri Patterson, Luisa Grier, and Clarra Galloway, key contributors to the team’s success

Faulkner also highlighted the inclusion of Luisa Grier, a hearing-impaired athlete, as a meaningful part of the team’s journey. “Having Luisa on the team made this championship even more special. We’re proud to offer a program that accommodates athletes with special requirements,” he said.

In addition to the Silver Team’s success, other Faulkner’s Elite gymnasts earned high honors at Nationals:

    •    Gracie Camacho (Gold Level) – 2x NGA National Team Member

    •    Ava Preston (Platinum Level) – National Champion and Team Member

    •    Alexa Kent – 3x NGA Floor National Champion

In total, Faulkner’s Elite brought home:

    •    4 National Team Members

    •    2 Individual National Champions

    •    1 Team National Championship

“I’m incredibly proud of the entire team,” Faulkner said. “We’ll enjoy this moment, then get back in the gym and start preparing for next season.”
